About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, conducting research, generating leads, and building relationships through structured outreach. You will play a key role in identifying potential customers, initiating conversations, and supporting the sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
  • Generate qualified leads using prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Rocket Reach, and other sales intelligence platforms.
  • Perform 50-60 outbound cold calls daily to introduce products/services and qualify prospects.
  • Manage outreach through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by tracking prospects and follow-up activities.
  • Schedule meetings and hand overqualified opportunities to the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM and sales tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity and lead generation targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent conversation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Good research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) will be an added advantage.
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated with a process-oriented approach to work.

Preferred Experience

  • 0-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead Generation, or a customer-facing role.
  • Exposure to sales prospecting tools such as Apollo.io, Lusha, RocketReach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a willingness to build a career in sales are encouraged to apply.
