Job Description

As an Academic Counsellor Inside Sales, you will be responsible for interacting with students and parents, understanding their academic requirements, and guiding them toward the right educational programs offered by Infinity Learn.The role requires excellent communication skills, a target-oriented mindset, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective students and parents through calls and virtual interactions
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable learning programs
• Counsel students and parents regarding courses, benefits, and career opportunities
• Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads and convert them into enrollments
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
• Handle objections professionally and close admissions effectively
• Maintain customer data and update sales records regularly
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduation is Mandatory
• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in sales can also apply
• Prior experience in Inside Sales / Telesales / EdTech Sales will be an added advantage
• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills required
• Candidate should possess a personal laptop and stable internet connection
• Self-motivated and target-driven candidates preferred
