Job Description
Role & responsibilities - Prepare and send accurate quotations to clients based on enquiries received - Follow up on submitted quotations via phone/email to convert to orders - Coordinate with the sales team and technical team to ensure correct product specifications in quotes - Maintain and update sales data, enquiry logs, and order status in Excel/CRM - Track pending quotations and escalate aging ones to the relevant salesperson - Assist in preparing sales MIS reports as required by management - Handle basic client communication and address queries on order status or pricing - Maintain accurate records of customer details, transactions, and follow-up history
Preferred candidate profile - Education: Any graduate (B.Com, BBA, B.E/Diploma in EEE or related field preferred) - Experience: 02 years in sales coordination, inside sales, or back-office sales (Freshers with the right attitude will be considered) - Basic knowledge of electrical products is an advantage, not mandatory - Proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with email communication - Good written and spoken communication in Tamil and English - Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple follow-ups simultaneously - Candidates from electrical, industrial, or manufacturing product companies preferred
