Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Convert leads into paying customers by upselling/cross-selling relevant products or services.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals.

Job Requirements :

• 0.6-5 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, telesales, telemarketing, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi language (written & spoken).
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets through cold calling, cross-selling, upselling techniques.
