Inside Sales Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through outbound calls, cold calling, and online sales techniques to meet monthly targets.
• Develop strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer queries and concerns in a timely manner.
• Meet or exceed individual performance metrics such as conversion rates, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 2-6 years of experience in BPO sales, telesales, or inside sales.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil language (written & spoken).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
• Ability to work on an hourly wage basis with flexible scheduling options.
