Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate sales
- Handle inbound enquiries and convert leads into customers
- Explain products/services clearly and effectively
- Follow up with prospects to close sales
- Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Address customer queries and objections professionally
Required Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle objections and rejection positively
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM tools)
- Target-oriented mindset
- Good listening skills
