Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven IT Inside Sales Executive with 34 years of experience in B2B IT sales, lead generation, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, qualifying leads, nurturing prospects and supporting the sales pipeline for IT products, software solutions, cloud services, or managed IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
• Identify, qualify, and nurture leads to build a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand client business requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Schedule meetings, product demonstrations and discussions for the sales team.
• Conduct follow-ups with prospective clients to convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to prepare proposals and presentations.
• Meet monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills

• 3–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, IT Sales, Business Development, or B2B Sales.
• Strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
• Knowledge of IT products, software solutions, cloud services, SaaS, or managed IT services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
