Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Fresher)
Location: Mindspace, Hyderabad
Shift: US Shift 9:30PM TO 6:30AM IST
Experience: 01 Year (Freshers Welcome)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Inside Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about sales, lead generation, and working with global clients. You will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying potential leads, engaging prospects, and supporting marketing campaigns for US-based clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate qualified leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
Support and execute marketing initiatives including workshops, webinars, and events
Work closely with sales and partner alliance teams to drive pipeline growth
Perform database curation and enrichment, especially targeting Microsoft and Google organizations
Manage and track leads using tools like CRM systems, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io, and other partner platforms
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, responses, and follow-ups
Collaborate with internal teams to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality
Assist in creating reports and dashboards using Excel
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
Basic knowledge of MS Excel (data handling, filtering, reporting)
Understanding of lead generation and sales processes (preferred but not mandatory)
Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, CRM platforms, ZoomInfo, Apollo.io is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Willingness to work in US shift (Pacific Time Zone)
Preferred Skills:
Experience or knowledge in database research and curation
Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem or Google organizations
Interest in B2B sales and global markets
