About the Role:

  • The Hygiene Care Consultant / Sr. Hygiene Care Consultant will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. Providing complete and appropriate solutions for every customer to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
  • The incumbent will report to the Branch Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell products / services to existing and prospective clients
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analysis to align offerings with client requirements
  • Maintain strong, positive business relationships with customers
  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calling
  • Develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer bases in line with the sales strategy
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints to maximise satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within defined timelines
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Analyse market and territory potential, and track sales performance reports
  • Support debt collection efforts as needed
  • Identify new sales opportunities through online research, cold calling, and engaging with inbound marketing leads.
  • Build rapport with potential clients to understand their needs, demonstrate product features, and present value propositions.
  • Negotiate pricing, tailor sales packages, and guide clients through the purchasing process.
  • Stay updated on product features, pricing changes, and competitor offerings to effectively overcome objections.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients to upsell, cross-sell, and ensure long-term satisfaction
