Job Summary


We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining products/services, and converting prospects into customers while achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
  • Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
  • Schedule meetings or product demonstrations when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Required Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of computer.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
