Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social media to drive sales growth.
• Build relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies for expansion.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting client needs and delivering results.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in inside sales or related field (e.g., telesales).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport over phone calls or emails.
• Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for lead management and tracking.
• Ability to work independently from home office environment.
