Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls from potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Identify customer needs, build rapport, and provide solutions using product knowledge to meet their requirements.
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management team while maintaining a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues, escalate complex cases, and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in B2C sales or telesales environment.
• Strong communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using computer software applications for data entry and reporting purposes.
