Roles and Responsibilities :

• Generate leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms to drive business growth.
• Convert leads into paying customers by providing product demos and solutions tailored to their needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, operations) to ensure seamless customer onboarding process.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting quotas and KPIs.

Job Requirements :

• 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or telesales.
• Strong understanding of internet sales principles and online lead generation strategies.
• Excellent communication skills for effective phone conversations with potential clients.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
