Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our team in the Import & Export industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth through effective sales strategies.



Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales initiatives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


Job Requirements
  • Proven experience in inside sales or software sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model (onsite/remote).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in the Import & Export industry is preferred.
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
