Salary: 20,000 to 35,000 (In-hand)
Experience: Min 6 Month Experience Mandatory

Job Overview:
We are looking for motivated Admission Counsellors to guide prospective students through our Online Post Graduate Programs. The role involves providing detailed information about the programs, answering queries, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students about suitable Online Post Graduate Programs.
• Follow up with leads, manage inquiries, and drive student enrollments.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Assist with marketing events and outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and progress.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to handle student queries and close enrollments effectively.
• Basic technical knowledge including CRM, MS Office, and online platforms.
