Role & Responsibilities

• Call prospective students and parents (inbound & outbound)
  
• Explain courses and guide them through the admission process
  
• Understand student needs and recommend suitable programs
  
• Follow up regularly and convert leads into admissions
  
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
  
• Maintain data in CRM
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline
  
• 03 years experience in Telecalling / Inside Sales / BPO / EdTech
  
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply
  
• Tamil OR Kannada speaking mandatory
  
• Good convincing and negotiation skills
  
• Target-oriented and energetic personality
