Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales / Telesales Executive to connect with prospective students, explain our courses, and guide them through the admission process. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact prospective students through outbound and inbound calls.
• Counsel students on courses, fees, eligibility, and career opportunities.
• Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM.
• Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
• Provide a positive and professional counselling experience.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 13 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, admissions, or education counselling.
• Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable working with sales targets.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
