Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to handle voice-based sales interactions. The role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their property needs, and providing suitable solutions for renting, buying, or selling through our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
Build strong relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Guide customers through the end-to-end real estate journey
Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
Eligibility Criteria
Any graduate (Freshers & experienced candidates can apply)
Good communication skills in English (regional languages preferred)
Basic knowledge of sales/customer handling
Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
