  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided data.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into qualified leads.
  • Provide detailed information about company projects/services.
  • Schedule site visits/meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in CRM.
  • Follow up with potential clients on a regular basis.
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation targets.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign updates.


Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM software.
  • Good listening and negotiation skills.
  • Target-oriented mindset.
  • 13 years of experience in tele-calling or similar work
  • Good understanding of tele-calling processes and call flow

Strong listening and analytical skills
