Job Description
This role is responsible for building and managing relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their business challenges, and positioning relevant technology solutions that address their operational needs.
The ideal candidate has experience in B2B or enterprise sales, is comfortable engaging senior stakeholders, and has a strong ability to manage complex sales cycles from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, and outbound outreach.
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with key decision-makers across target organizations.
- Understand client requirements, business objectives, and operational challenges through consultative discussions.
- Present and position relevant solutions aligned with client needs and business goals.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, discovery meetings, proposal creation, commercial discussions, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop client-focused solutions and ensure smooth project handovers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention, repeat business, and account growth.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Travel as required for client interactions and business development activities.
Requirements :
- 4+ years of experience in B2B, enterprise, or solution-based sales.
- Experience in technology, SaaS, engineering services, consulting, industrial solutions, automation, digital transformation, or related sectors.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-oriented sales approaches.
- Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders and manage long sales cycles involving multiple decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with high ownership.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or enterprise clients will be an advantage.
- Engineering background preferred.
- MBA is preferred.
