Role : Lead Data Analyst (NL-SQL)
Responsibilities :
- Lead the analysis of complex dashboards, mapping out user journeys and critical business questions.
- Define and prioritize use cases for NL-SQL pair generation based on business impact.
- Author and review high-quality Natural Language prompts and their corresponding SQL queries, ensuring they reflect real-world usage.
- Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders to deeply understand data context, business rules, and potential NL queries.
- Mentor junior analysts in best practices for NL-SQL pair creation and data analysis.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for labeled data.
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies or ambiguities.
- Advise on schema interpretation and complex query construction.
- Explore opportunities to leverage AI for accelerating the onboarding process.
Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field, with a focus on
complex data environments.
- Expert-level SQL skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate them into data questions
and technical requirements.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with AI/ML project lifecycles is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of Data Center operations, data, and systems is a strong asset.
