Job Description
We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Injectable Production Specialist in a reputed pharmaceutical company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry and experience in injectable production.
Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the production process of injectables, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, engineering, and quality control, to ensure smooth operations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to develop new products and technologies.
- Manage and train production staff, providing guidance on safety procedures and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in injectable production, preferably in a pharmaceutical company.
- Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and guidelines.
- Experience with production management software and systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
