Inhouse Consultant- SAP Sales & Service Cloud

Your Role

• Management and implementation of commercial projects in SAP CX environment
• Be the contact person for your area of responsibility (Account Management & Marketing) and support the business in day-to-day operations
• Consulting the business and designing IT processes in the commercial area
• Implementing best practice processes and organizational models in SAP Sales & Service Cloud and integrating them into the associated SAP CX components and S4 HANA SD or MDM processes
• Close cooperation and collaboration with internal colleagues and external partners to create and implement a global IT commercial strategy
• Think outside the box and identify IT trends and innovations

Your Profile

• Bachelor or Masters degree in (Business) Informatics (or comparable) or a relevant higher education degree in applied sciences
• In-depth knowhow and experience with SAP Sales & Service Cloud implementation projects (5+ years)
• Very good understanding of Sales & Marketing E2E processes and terminology (Account Management, Sales planning, Sales Execution)
• Broader overview & continuous learning mentality of SAP CX landscape (EMARSYS, CDP, CDC)
• Experience with S4 HANA module SD and Business Partners is desirable
• Experience with integration, data migration and ABAP Dictionary is desirable
• Ability to work analytically, conceptually and with a certain hands-on mentality
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to travel to other locations from time to time
