Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra Test Lead to lead the design, deployment, management, and optimization of enterprise technology infrastructure across Microsoft Azure and on-premises data centers. The role will provide technical leadership to infrastructure teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure infrastructure solutions meet business, performance, scalability, availability, security, and continuity requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end cloud solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Oversee the deployment and management of workloads on Azure using IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services.
• Develop infrastructure strategies aligned with business objectives and the organization's technology roadmap.
• Manage and oversee technology infrastructure including servers, storage, networks, cloud services, and data centers.
• Lead and manage teams of DevOps, Network Engineers, and Desktop Engineers for infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with development, operations, security, and product teams to implement infrastructure best practices.
• Ensure infrastructure solutions meet requirements for performance, scalability, availability, reliability, and security.
• Optimize cloud costs, infrastructure performance, and data center operations.
• Oversee the complete lifecycle management of technology infrastructure assets, including asset records, updates, and timely client notifications.
• Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality and cost-effective service delivery.
• Develop and maintain infrastructure architecture diagrams, technical specifications, operational manuals, and other technical documentation.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, disaster recovery, and business continuity.
• Develop, maintain, and execute Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP).
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies, tools, and methodologies to improve infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless infrastructure integration and support across projects and business operations.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the infrastructure team while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
