Project Role : Infra Tech Support Practitioner

Project Role Description : Provide L1;L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Must have skills : Ansible on Microsoft Azure

Good to have skills : DevOps
Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

• Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, and automation workflows.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployments.
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using industry-standard tools.
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for application and infrastructure deployments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation and deployment issues.
• Maintain documentation for automation processes, deployment procedures, and infrastructure configurations.

Required Skills Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Ansible development and automation.
• Good understanding of DevOps principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Linux system administration.
• Experience with source code management tools such as Git.
