Service Desk - Senior Process Executive & Process Specialist

Location: Mysore

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shifts: 24x7 rotational shifts

Experience:1-4 years of Experience (Minimum 1-3 years in IT Service Desk / Tech Support)

Your Mission:

• Provide remote support for laptops, desktops, LAN issues, and applications, OS issues (Windows), Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive) VPN, network connectivity, printers. Enterprise applications and access issues
• Troubleshoot across platforms Windows.
• Able to handle complex tickets/issues, SLA Compliance & Process Compliance.
• Customer Interaction Escalation management & Able to handle complex issues and escalations.
• Knowledge Management- Ability to evaluate Knowledge articles and contribute for enrichment & Process Re-engineering.

What You Need to Bring

• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal English)
• Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts
• Any Full-time Graduate (No backlogs)
• Commitment to 100% Work from Office (No Hybrid)
• Readiness to complete client-specific training
• Ability to handle 24x7 rotational shifts

Preferred: Basic understanding or any Service Desk expertise
