Role Details:

Position: Technical process Executive Service Desk (Freshers)
Location: Pune
Experience: 0-1 Year
Qualification: Any Full-Time Graduate (15 years of formal education)
Work Model: Full-Time | 100% Work from Office
Shift: 24x7 Shift Rotation (US Shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to global clients via calls and email
• Troubleshoot technical issues including:
• VPN, Drivers, O365, Active Directory
• Operating systems and basic networking
• Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
• Work on ticketing tools.
• Analyze issues and provide timely, effective resolutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions

Candidate Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to independently resolve technical queries
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational (US shift) environment
• Comfortable working from the Pune office

Non-Negotiable Criteria:

• Fluent English communication is mandatory
• 100% Work from Office (no remote/hybrid option)
• Comfortable with night/rotational shifts
• Mandatory 2 months of training at Mysore campus
