We are hiring a skilled and proactive Information Technology Administrator to manage and support our IT infrastructure at our Bavla facility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain overall IT infrastructure (servers, systems, and network)
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software
Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and user access controls
Monitor LAN/WAN, firewall, VPN, routers, and switches
Ensure cybersecurity compliance and data protection policies
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups
Support ERP systems and business applications
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation
Coordinate with vendors for IT services and AMC support
Monitor system performance and minimize downtime
Implement IT policies and security best practices

Required Skills
Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop environments
Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
Firewall and network security configuration experience
Server backup and disaster recovery knowledge
ERP and database support exposure preferred
Experience with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace
Hardware troubleshooting skills
Cybersecurity awareness and endpoint protection knowledge
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and coordination ability
