Job Description
As the Information Security Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organizations information security program. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to identify security risks, establish policies and procedures, and implement controls to mitigate potential threats. Additionally, you will oversee security awareness training programs and lead incident response efforts to address security incidents effectively.

- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential security threats and weaknes
- Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance to the defense posture of the organiza
- Implement and manage security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption technologie
- Monitor security logs and alerts to detect and respond to security incidents in a timely manner.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and recovery activities.

- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs to educate employees about security best pr
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the secure design and implementation of new systems and applica

R equ i r e ments
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree preferr
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other relevant certifications preferr
- 7 years of experience with at least 2 years of experience in information security management rol
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, standards, and best pr
- Experience with security frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS Contro
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholder
- Proven track record of successfully managing security incidents and implementing security contro
- Experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, and data loss prevention (DLP) solu
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
