Job Description
We are Hiring For IT Infrastructure & Security Operations Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Windows Server 2016/2019 environments and coordinate with global Cloud Ops teams.
- Monitor infrastructure consoles, plan maintenance, and support BCP testing.
- Conduct vulnerability assessments, security audits, and compliance tracking.
- Handle ITSM processes service requests, incidents, and problem management.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence.
- Maintain audit records, documentation, and support IT initiatives.
