Information Security Analyst

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Information Security Analyst who can build, implement, and manage security processes and solutions from scratch. The ideal candidate should be capable of taking ownership of the organization's security operations, setting up and improving security controls, monitoring infrastructure, and continuously enhancing the overall security posture with minimal supervision.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Build & Own Security Infrastructure: Design, implement, configure, and manage the organization's security infrastructure and processes from scratch, ensuring a robust and scalable security posture.
• Monitor & Detect: Analyze events, system logs, and system activity for suspicious patterns or intrusions using security tools from our arsenal.
• Analyze & Investigate: Examine security incidents, identify root causes, and investigate potential threats.
• Audit Websites & Web Applications: Audit websites and web applications to detect vulnerabilities or weaknesses in their functionality (e.g., leveraging an SMS functionality of a website without limitations, resulting in high costs, etc.).
• Incident Response: Be part of the Incident Response team to identify and neutralize threats as they arise.
• Research & Advise: Stay updated on new threats and vulnerabilities, recommending security improvements to management.

Main Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related position.
• Hands-on experience in setting up, implementing, and managing security solutions and processes from scratch with minimal supervision.
• Hands-on experience with EDR, penetration testing, and vulnerability analysis tools.
• Good knowledge of security technologies such as EDR, WAF, IPS, SIEM, Firewalls, etc.
• Basic understanding of various information technologies (Windows/Linux systems, Active Directory, etc.).
• Cloud security knowledge will be considered an advantage.
• Entry-level security certifications will be considered an advantage.
• Strong interest in security.
