Information / Cyber Security Associate

We are looking for a motivated Information / Cyber Security Associate with hands-on experience in enterprise security operations, threat protection, and security tool management. The role involves securing enterprise infrastructure, endpoints, applications, and user access while working closely with IT, security teams, and technology vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support CrowdStrike Falcon EDR, including threat hunting, incident response, malware analysis, and endpoint security administration.
• Administer Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA), including policy management, secure web access, Zero Trust implementation, and user connectivity support.
• Manage Akamai ETP for secure DNS security, policy configuration, and threat protection.
• Support DMARC/email security solutions, including phishing and spoofing detection (preferred).
• Monitor security events, vulnerabilities, patch compliance, endpoint hardening, and security operations.
• Support incident management, RCA, audits, compliance activities, and security documentation.
• Prepare security reports and coordinate with OEMs/vendors for issue resolution and project execution.
