Informatica Powercenter Developer

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Provide production support for Informatica PowerCenter and IICS workflows.
• Monitor ETL jobs and resolve job failures.
• Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
• Handle data validation and reconciliation activities.
• Troubleshoot performance issues in ETL processes.
• Work on defect fixes, enhancements, and change requests.
• Coordinate with business and technical teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure SLA compliance for support tickets and incidents.
• Perform deployment and post-production validation.
• Prepare support documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

Preferred Candidate

• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Experience in support and maintenance projects.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
