Detailed Responsibilities

• Analyze failures and performance issues in Informatica data loads, promptly identifying root causes and collaborating with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Gather, document, and map business requirements to detailed functional specifications, ensuring clarity and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date functional specification documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper storage for audit and reference purposes.
• Facilitate walkthroughs and meetings with cross-functional teams to communicate functional specifications and ensure understanding of business requirements.
• Prepare and/or assist in developing test cases that align with functional requirements, supporting the verification and validation of implemented solutions.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, business users, and other stakeholders to drive successful project delivery and ongoing process improvements.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide post-implementation support as needed.

Skill Requirements

Must Have:

• Proficiency in Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS)
• Strong experience with MS SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment
