Informatica IICS Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop ETL/ELT pipelines using Informatica IICS (CDI & CAI)
Integrate Salesforce, BigQuery, and external systems (batch & real-time)
Implement and optimize Salesforce Bulk API upserts for large datasets
Develop SQL-based transformations, validations, and data quality checks
Build error handling, logging, auditing, and alerting mechanisms
Implement reprocessing strategies for failed records in ETL/API workflows
Support OpenAir Certinia PSA migration, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
Create reusable mappings, mapplets, and taskflows for standardization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment

Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in Informatica IICS (CDI & CAI)
Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (Bulk API, REST API, upserts using external IDs)
Hands-on experience with GCP BigQuery
Strong SQL skills (joins, transformations, performance tuning)
Expertise in error handling, logging, and failed record reprocessing
Solid understanding of data integration and data warehousing concepts

Preferred:
Experience with Data migration
Experience in building reusable integration frameworks
Informatica / Salesforce / GCP certifications
