Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support Infor CloudSuite LN environments across DEV, TEST, and PROD.
• Manage user access, security roles, and identity integrations (Entra ID/SSO).
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations using ION Desk and API Gateway.
• Support Factory Track and Infor Document Management (IDM) configuration.
• Guide release management, version upgrades, and controlled deployment of changes.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards and best practices for CloudSuite administration.
• Coordinate with Infor Cloud Operations for issue resolution and escalations.
