Role & responsibilities

Strong experience with Infor ERP LN / CloudSuite environments

• Solid understanding of integrations (ION), security models, and environment management

• Experience in cloud or hybrid ERP environments

• Ability to coach, mentor, and enforce standards in a small team

Provide expert guidance on CloudSuite LN administration across DEV / TEST / PROD environments

• Serve as a quality checkpoint to ensure configurations and processes align with enterprise standards
• Advise on user access, roles, security, and identity integration (Entra / SSO)
• Guide teams on job management, system monitoring, and error handling practices
• Support integration monitoring and troubleshooting using ION Desk and API Gateway concepts
• Provide input on Factory Track setup and Infor Document Management (IDM) configuration
• Advise on release management, versioning, and controlled promotion of changes
• Provide guidance on hybrid environment considerations (cloud & on-prem), including Enterprise Connector, LN Transfer Services, and Data Lake, ensuring

alignment with best practices

• Advise on coordination with Infor Cloud Ops, including guidance on issue resolution approaches and appropriate escalation
