We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Senior MERN Stack Developer with 5- 8 years of experience in building scalable web applications and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) along with a deep understanding of the complete customer transaction lifecyclefrom user acquisition and product discovery to checkout, payment processing, order fulfillment, and delivery tracking.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.

- Build high-performance, responsive, and user-friendly interfaces.

- Develop reusable components, modules, and services for rapid product development.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

- Improve customer conversion rates through performance optimization and UX enhancements.

- Build seamless customer experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.

- Design and develop RESTful APIs and backend services.

- Implement secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

- Integrate third-party APIs including :

1. Payment Gateways

2. Logistics Providers

3. CRM Platforms

4. Notification Services

5. Marketing Automation Tools

- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

- Design and optimize MongoDB schemas and collections.

- Develop efficient queries and indexing strategies.

- Ensure high availability, data integrity, and performance optimization.

- Manage large transactional datasets efficiently.

- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.

- Identify and resolve bottlenecks across frontend and backend systems.

- Implement caching, asynchronous processing, and load optimization techniques.

- Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Business Teams.

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Take ownership of features from concept to production deployment.
