Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement scalable backend services using Python to support high-traffic enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure project deliverables align with business objectives.
- Optimize application performance by identifying bottlenecks and implementing efficient data processing algorithms.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Integrate third-party APIs and services to extend the functionality of existing platforms for our clients.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system architecture and API endpoints to ensure long-term maintainability.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python development with a deep understanding of frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Strong experience in designing and managing relational and NoSQL databases, ensuring data consistency and optimized query performance.
- Proven ability to build and consume RESTful APIs within a microservices or monolithic architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and the ability to work independently or within a team in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in software development.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and contribute to a collaborative, results-oriented team culture.
