Job Description
Job Summary : Own end-to-end influencer campaigns for mCaffeine across Body, Face & Hair Care. This role sits at the intersection of creator strategy, content, and performance driving brand presence through influencers and translating it into real revenue
Key Responsibilities :
Campaign Management:
- Own full campaign lifecycle strategy, execution, reporting.
- Build campaigns across Instagram, YouTube & emerging platforms.
- Manage calendars, timelines, and deliverables across product categories. Influencer Identification & Relationships:
- Identify, vet, and onboard creators across nano to mega tiers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with creators, fostering genuine brand affinity.
Content Strategy & Briefing:
- Write insight-led briefs that translate brand goals into creator content. • Collaborate on hooks and write scripts for influencers to drive on-brand, high-performing content.
- Adapt frameworks for UGC ads, organic posts, and paid amplification.
Performance & ROI:
- Track Views, Reach, ER, EMV, CTR, ROAS, and conversion.
- Identify top content; work with performance team to scale via paid ads. • Optimise budget allocation across tiers and platforms from data.
Team & Agency Management:
- Lead in-house team and external agencies / talent partners.
- Set KPIs, review performance, and drive accountability.
- Partner cross-functionally with content, performance, brand, and product.
Skills and Qualification:
- 3-5 years in influencer marketing D2C, beauty, or personal care preferred.
- Experience managing and growing a team of influencer executives.
- Strong people management skills ability to lead, mentor, and drive accountability.
- Data-driven mindset — dashboards, reports, performance optimisation.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads for content boosting (dark posts, whitelisting).
- Strong briefing and communication skills — brand vision creator language.
