Industrial Construction Site Engineer

Job Summary.

We are seeking an Experienced Industrial Construction Site Engineer to manage large-scale industrial construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.

Core Responsibilities.

• Technical Execution: Interpret structural, mechanical, and architectural drawings, ensuring physical implementation aligns with the defined engineering tolerances.
• Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Conduct daily inspections of foundational work, steel erections, concrete pouring, and equipment installations to meet industry standards.
• Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous OSHA or local safety legislation (e.g., in India, the Factories Act and National Building Code) on the industrial floor, managing hazard identification and permit-to-work systems.
• Resource Management: Track daily labor productivity, coordinate heavy machinery usage, and monitor material supply chains to eliminate project bottlenecks.
• Reporting & Stakeholder Liaison: Generate daily and weekly site progress reports for the Project Manager. Communicate and resolve conflicts between contractors, subcontractors, and clients.
