Detailed Roles & Responsibilities
Own the full procurement lifecycle includingrequirement intake, SOW validation, RFQ creation, supplier evaluation,negotiation, and purchase order execution.
Develop clear and comprehensive Statements ofWork (SOW) defining scope, deliverables, timelines, and success metrics.
Lead contract and agreement management includingMSA, SOW, rate cards, and milestone-based contracts.
Ensure contractual compliance with companyterms, confidentiality agreements (NDA), and intellectual property protectionclauses.
Drive competitive sourcing using Approved VendorList (AVL) and ensure selection based on capability, cost, and risk.
Coordinate sourcing approvals including SourcingBoard reviews for higher spend engagements.
Ensure compliance with quality (IATF) andinformation security (ISO 27001/TISAX) requirements where applicable.
Monitor supplier performance on deliverables,quality, timelines, and stakeholder satisfaction.
Drive continuous improvement through supplierdevelopment plans and performance reviews.
Deliver cost savings through negotiation, ratebenchmarking, and demand consolidation.
