Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage incident resolution process from detection to closure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal service levels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure effective communication during critical situations.
- Analyze incident data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the incident management process.
Job Requirements :
- 8-10 years of experience in Incident Management or related field (IT Services & Consulting).
- Strong understanding of Problem Management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Servicenow platform or similar ITSM tools.
