Legal Methods and Procedures
- Coordinate with Indian and international law firms and lawyers regarding case matters
- Drafting legal notice to the customer to receive the pending dues
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts for various business units and corporate functions
- Knowledge of incorporation of companies for international and corporate-related matters
- IPR laws knowledge is required
- Supporting key business initiatives like JVs and overseas businesses
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Undertake in-depth legal research into a variety of complex regulations and help implement processes and policies
- Take action by implementing procedures to avoid any Legal issues
- Have to Conduct Arbitration on behalf of the company
- Getting in touch with International Legal Consultants for hearings from the court and any further legal needs
- Framing the legal duties and responsibilities for the international employees
- Drafting hiring contract, Termination or other agreement related to our employees
- Responsible for Solving issues raised by employees and clients on behalf of the company
- Address the grievance of the employees if it gets escalated from the HR
- Send legal emails and notices to online websites and companies, who use our product information and get it removed
- Mergers and Acquisition
Skill Set Required
- Excellent communication skills (Verbal and Written) and additional international language will be added advantage
- Ready to work at flexible Shift
- Ready to travel (Domestic and International)
- Knowledge of Incorporation of companies and IPR-related matters
- Sound Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint and other technological tools
- Drafting, review, vetting of legal documents pertaining to international documents
