- Providing Counselling to clients (Chat/Telephonic/F2F),Becoming the quality gatekeeper (Supervision/Quality Reviews),Handling red flag cases (suicidal tendencies),
- Training Experts and setting protocols for quality counseling on the platform,Creating/ Supervising various self-help modules MPhil in Clinical Psychology (RCI license),
- Belief in the effectiveness of online counselling,Great Communication Skills (written and verbal),
- Ability to organise and design programs,A good network of psychologists is a major plus
