JOB DESCRIPTION ServiceNow Architect - Band 8

  • Design and implement enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives and IT service management best practices.
  • Define application architecture, integration strategies, and platform governance for ServiceNow modules and custom applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs.
  • Lead platform customization, workflow automation, catalog development, and API integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Ensure platform security, performance optimization, upgrade readiness, and adherence to architectural standards.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams and review solution designs, configurations, and customizations.
  • Support testing, deployment, production issue resolution, and continuous platform enhancements.
