Implementation Lead

Location: Jaipur

Qualification: MBA or Master's degree in Operations, Project Management, or Information Systems

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

• Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to go-live and hypercare support.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings and governance reviews.
• Manage expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams.

Requirement Gathering & Solutioning

• Understand client business processes and implementation requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Ensure solution alignment with customer objectives and best practices.
• Facilitate workshops and process discussions.

Implementation & Delivery

• Oversee system configuration, data migration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.
• Ensure smooth go-live and transition to support teams.
• Track project KPIs and customer success metrics.
• Establish implementation standards and documentation practices.

Process Improvement

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, templates, and implementation frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
• Promote best practices across implementation teams.

• Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Finance and Accounting Processes (Preferred)
• Reporting and Analytics

Desired Technical Skills

• Familiarity with LMS, LOS, ERP, or SaaS platforms.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as:
• Jira
• Asana
• Trello
• Monday.com
• Microsoft Project
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of API integrations and data migration concepts is preferred.
• Experience with SQL or BI tools will be an added advantage.
