Job Description Implementation Consultant - LIS Location: Noida (On-site) Experience Required: 4+ years in LIS Implementation Role Description We seek an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Noida. The consultant will be responsible for LIS installation, instrument interfacing, configuration, staff training, and client support. Key duties include troubleshooting software issues, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, and ensuring client requirements are met.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelors degree (BCA, MCA, BSc, or healthcare-related field)
• 4+ years in LIS implementation within clinical laboratory settings
• Expertise in laboratory workflow, instrument configuration and testing
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware troubleshooting, SQL SDLC
• Proficiency in interfacing protocols (ASTM, HL7) and quality management
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and team collaboration abilities
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours for implementation support
