Implemenation Lead

Requirements

• 7 to 12 years of experience
• Good problem-solving skills
• Good leadership skills, should have experience of managing teams of size 15 or higher
• Strong technical skills, should have experience in SQL Server, SQL-writing, and understanding of C#/.NET/OOPS concepts
• Should have good crisis management skills to handle pressure from project challenges
• 8 to 12 years of experience
• Excellent communication skills, should be able to converse with client senior management confidently
• Good leadership skills, should have experience of managing teams of size 10 or higher
• Should have experience in managing implementations and/or business transformation programs from requirement analysis to post implementation stage
• Having technical skills in SQL Server, SQL-writing, and understanding of C#/.NET/OOPS concepts is a plus
