About the Role:
Izago Immigration Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional, customer-focused, and result-oriented Immigration & Travel Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, assessing immigration and travel needs, recommending suitable visa solutions, handling qualified leads, and converting prospects into successful clients. The candidate will also be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring a smooth consultation and onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct professional consultations and assess client profiles for suitable PR and Tourist/Visitor Visa options.
- Provide accurate information regarding eligibility, documentation, visa requirements, and application procedures.
- Handle leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels with regular follow-ups.
- Build strong client relationships, address queries professionally, and handle objections effectively.
- Coordinate with Documentation and Case Processing Teams while achieving assigned sales and conversion targets.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate with strong communication, counselling, interpersonal, and client-handling skills.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in immigration consultancy, visa consultancy, travel consultancy, or sales will be preferred.
- Great knowledge of Canada PR, other immigration pathways, and Tourist/Visitor Visa processes will be an advantage.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, follow-up, sales, and client relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, professional, and capable of working in a performance-driven environment.
